Returns & Refund:

• Ensure that the tags and labels are intact and there is no damage to your item
• Refunds will be processed once we receive and inspect the returned items.
• The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
• Shipping fees are non-refundable.
• Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.

Exchange Policy:

• Unfortunately, we do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please initiate a return and place a new order.

Damaged or Defective Items:

• In the rare event that you receive damaged or defective items, please contact us immediately with photos of the issues. We will arrange for a replacement or a refund.
